The heating system will not cut off. It is not the thermostat. Had that replaced. Only way to cut it off is to flip the breaker. What needs to be done to fix it and how much will it cost to have a new one installed. Any help will be great. Thanks.
90% of our family room walls are dark, fake particle paneling and 10% are like flimsy ceiling squares in office buildings. I painted it to brighten it up and make the 2 materials seem uniform, but the paint is chipping. I used Zinsser (Bulls Eye 123) primer and Laura Ashley Eggshell paint.
