I Own A Mobile Home That I Got A Loan Against. Can I Sell This Home, If I Pay Off What I Owe When I Sell It?

I own a mobile home.
I got a loan against it.
I owe $12,000 still.
Can I list it for sale, even though I owe on it?
or will I get in some trouble for trying to sell when I owe on it?
I plan on the bank being paid off with the money from the sale.
thanks

  1. Sure you can sell it. People sell homes and cars all the time that they still own money on. You pay off the loan with the proceeds. But if you can only sell the home for $10,000, you still have to come up with $2000 cash yourself to pay the bank off.

  2. make SURE of the payment you receive first.nb nb nb
then ok, pay off bnk and balance is yours.
